Great to hear you’re enjoying the independence the course gives you, Yini. Being able to build a consistent routine and progress at your own pace is a key part of effective language learning, and it’s great to see it working well for you.
There is a persistent problem with the voice recognition of single syllable words. The system does not register any speech or it can't recognize the word spoken. I have nearly completed the first module (lessons 1 - 7) and I consistently encounter this problem. PLEASE FIX IT as it is very frustrating.

The courses are great for beginners. The conversation practice, speaking and listening, and flashcards are useful. The price is absolutely ridiculous for the small amount of content, though.

Thanks for your feedback. The course is designed as a comprehensive program with around 120 hours of structured learning content, including speaking, listening, and reinforcement activities. The free trial only shows a small portion of this, but the full course is much more extensive. If anything isn’t displaying correctly after purchase, our support team (support@rocketlanguages.com) can absolutely help ensure you have full access.
I love the format and the material! I am very unhappy with the voice recording issues and the answers i got from the help section. I would like the option to call an speak to a person. I even bought a brand new computer so I would not have any more "technical problems" by getting the latest windows version and hardwarebut that didnt even help. I dont mind the price. If the program issues are fixed I will be happy

I like the variety of activities, the repetition in each lesson and the presentation of lessons by using situations that a person traveling in a Spanish-speaking country would need.
