Thanks to Rocket Spanish, I got promoted at work and I now have the opportunity to travel to South America using the language techniques I learned through this simple, practical, pragmatic, no-nonsense program.

I've tried a number of language programs - and I think Rocket Languages is the best. I like that they order the lessons in a logical way to allow you to speak relevant sentences quickly (versus some of the others where Level 1 - 2 is just nouns). I also love that there is four prong test - on your hearing, speaking, writing and comprehension. My only complaint is some small misspellings and errors with the written grading - but I know those will be fixed with time. Really great product!

Rocket Spanish is great. It helped me significantly on my trip to Spain. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to travel to a Spanish speaking country or just wishes to improve conversational skills. Easy to use.

I use to copy the lessons to my smart phone, and reproduce it at my car during the horrible traffic at Mexico City. When I arrive at the office I check the spelling of he words in doubt. The presenters have an excellent pronunciation and they adapt the speed to the proper level.

I really liked the fact that I can work on Rocket Language at my own pace. Listening the pronunciation of words from a native speaker really helps me to excel at speaking. I would recommend Rocket to all my friends who are trying to learn a new language.

Even though I'm fresh for the course, really it's wonderful for me I didn't expect like this. Specially yours voice comparison record is unique, tough and very helpful. As this condition later I can say a lot.

I am 82 years of age.I retired from medicine (family practitioner) some two years ago. My paternal grandparents emigrated from Germany and settled on the land about the middle of last century.
I followed my father on the original land my Grandfather selected. at age 30 I felt the urge to study medicine.I did my matriculation studies by correspondence as well work the farm. I matriculated aged 40 and spent 40 tears as a medico. I mention the above for 2 reasons. firstly with our knowledge of neuroplasticity we now know age is no bar to learning new information. Secondly found my correspondence studies extremely helpful. I was able to study when most convenient as well carry out full time farming. That is why I find your course so wonderful. I can pace my studies. It is good for my brain! and I don't have to attend university and it gives me an affinity with my forebears! I highly recommend you course and gives me great pleasure to do so

The perfect package that helps you to read, write, understand and speak Portuguese step by step. As it is on internet, you can learn with your own pace and as per your free time. This concept is fantastic.

I am just restarting to learn Mandarin using Rocket Chinese because I had been too busy teaching and building new courses at my current school in China.

Positive:
1. Listening, Reading (in pinyin - latin script and Simplified - chinese script), Writing (initially in pinyin) and speaking is available from the very first lesson.
2. Step by step in a logical fashion based on what would seem to be logical needs of a person new to learning the language.
3. Clear and colourful interface that is easy to follow.
4. There are now cute little incentive badges that give you a sense of your progress. These complement the already colourful interface, but I think this is helpful for both younger and older learners

While I like the course layout very much, there are just a couple of tiny problems that I suspect will be addressed quite quickly on the technical side.

1. I haven't yet figured out how to prevent my browser (Firefox) from asking permission everytime RocketChinese wants to use the camera/microphone. Because I am used to the 7/24 customer service, email is obviously slower, but their responses are usually within 24 hours... so, not intolerable.

Rocket Languages is one of the best ways to learn a language in my opinion. I have tried Rosta Stone in the past but never could get the language down. Then I came across Rocket Languages and I love it. I am currently working on trying to understand Arabic and it still surprises me on what I have picked up with this program. Rocket Languages makes it easy.
