I am using the French language course.
So far it was very easy to use on either mobile or PC.

The audio lessons have both a native speaker and a non-native but fluent speaker which really helps, I think, hear slight differences in how French sounds from different people.

I really enjoy that it encourages speaking the language as well as writing and the formatting of the lessons is closer to a classroom than something more gameified like Duolingo and I am really enjoying it.

The price is high, but this definitely beats out the other options in my opinion so it is worth it. Honestly, I don't think I would have jumped in if not for a discount code I found from a youtube channel

I havent had any interactions with customer service yet though. But I haven't needed to yet either.

I'm just starting out, but the pacing Rocket French provides is excellent. Also excellent is their guide to pronunciation, which, to my surprise, I found that I learned a great deal from. Rocket French's gamification is less stressful than I've experienced with other apps, and so far I find it useful.

Have gone through 2 other apps that were not up to the standard I needed. I speak intermediate level French as a 3rd language and this meets my needs, However, you cannot learn a language without using it and always takes longer to learn than advertised.

While the lessons are effective, the interface is simply unfortunate. Why is there a "Good" option when there's only Easy/Hard outcomes. If the answer is East, why do I have to click to the side? And I HAVE to in order to proceed. Every time I do the lessons the interface is so obnoxious that it kills my attention. It's not the software, it's how they set it up. They did a great job with the lessons, but they make completing them very difficult, just with the mouse! WHY!!! Really unfortunate, I will likely not purchase again, but will try to tough out French.

I have been doing this everyday since starting a little over 2 weeks ago.
It is very easy to use and I appreciate being able to do it at my own pace.

I enjoy this program except for the pronunciation into the mic. Very frustrating and annoying!
